Zizzers show their stripes, dominate road race

The Zizzers showed their stripes at the White River Medical Center 4-Mile Classic Road Race. Those are the Zizzers from West Plains, MO. High School, their always-tough and speedy distance runners and candy striped badge of excellence. Jason Sandfort, who'll begin his senior year in a few weeks, won the men's overall title in a personal-best time of 21 minutes, 16.62 seconds. Teammate Brianne Hobbs, a junior, also ran a personal-best 26:17.40, while winning the women's overall title. Zizzers finished 1-2-3 in both overall divisions.
